This Shipping Policy outlines the methods we use, the processing times you can expect, and the steps we take to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for customers worldwide.

Order Processing Times

Because each ShivasVintage product is made by hand in small batches, processing your order involves quality checks, detailed packaging, and verification steps. Our standard processing time is:

  • 2–4 business days for ready-to-ship items

  • 5–10 business days for items temporarily out of stock

  • Longer processing times for high-demand or seasonal periods

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Should unexpected delays occur, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure secure delivery. Available shipping options at checkout may include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

The available options may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the package

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. When applicable, the offer will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier’s system.

If your tracking link is not updating or appears delayed, please contact us at heip@shivasvintage.com and we will assist you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. ShivasVintage is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If you realize an error after placing your order:

  • Contact us immediately.

  • If the package has not shipped, we will update the address.

  • If the package has already shipped, rerouting fees or losses may be the responsibility of the customer.

Packages returned due to undeliverable addresses may incur additional reshipment fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We understand how disappointing a missing or delayed package can be. While ShivasVintage will support you throughout the investigation process, please note:

  • Carriers are responsible for the safe delivery of packages.

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we cannot issue refunds for theft or loss.

  • If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier first, then reaching out to us for further assistance.

For high-value orders, we may recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.

International Shipping

ShivasVintage proudly ships worldwide. However, international customers should be aware of the following:

  • Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Customs duties, VAT, import fees, and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

  • Delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our control.

We advise checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

Packaging & Sustainability

Every ShivasVintage item is packaged with care, using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Whenever possible, we use recyclable or eco-friendly packaging components, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and the value of thoughtful craftsmanship.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos of the package and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately depending on inventory availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
